When you book a birthday party with us at Belgrave Outdoor Pool the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.
Your children’s birthday party will involve lots of laughs and fun guaranteed for the kids. Plus, no stress for the parents! All guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the centre’s facilities after your birthday party under parent/guardian supervision.
We have birthday packages to suit all budgets – choose from catered options or BYO food.
Parties Include:
We offer services to ensure you enjoy a fun, hassle free children’s birthday party including:
- Water Fun on the Inflatable
- Party planning for aquatic and garden games
- A fun and safe birthday party
- Catered or non-catered
- Available on Saturdays or Sundays 1pm – 3pm
- Best of all, we clean up the mess!
Catered Parties Include:
For catered parties, each child will receive:
- 2 x party Pies
- 2 x Sausage Rolls
- 2 x Cocktail Franks
- 3 x Nuggets
- 2 x shared bowl Hot Chips for the table
- Water Jugs
- Optional Extras:
- extra bowl of chips $5.00
- ice cream cake $20.00
Watch Around Water:
Please note that we are a Watch Around Water facility and children under 10 years must be constantly and actively supervised. Children under 5 years must stay within arm’s reach during recreational play activities.
Party Information
Saturday & Sunday
1 hour 45 minute sessions on the hour from 1pm – 3pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 20.
- All participants must be 5-14 years and confident in the water.
Payment
- Parties are conducted for a minimum of 10 children. We require payment for the minimum number of children to secure your requested day and time. This can be done over the phone or in Centre. Please note payments are fully refundable if the event is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Extra children can be paid for on the day at reception upon commencement of the party games, by either debit/credit card or cash.
- Catered $35 per child / Non Catered $25 per child

- You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements.
